Returns + Exchanges
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your items. However, we know some outfits don't fit you as well as you think they might. Therefore, feel free to exchange or return them.
I want to return an item, how do I do?
Please email email@example.com with the subject: "RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST ORDER #)" to request authorization
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt, un-used with tags and in original packaging. Garments received after 14 days, may be issued for an exchange.
What is NOT eligible for a return
- Sale items
- Items purchased during promotions where returns are strictly not allowed
- Used items
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package is returned back to Tilt Athlesiure due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a credit for the amount of the items only. A reshipping fee will be applied if you request a reshipment, we will not deliver to the address listed in your original order.
If you refuse a shipment from Tilt Athleisure, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Tilt Athleisure. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.
Cancel an order
Send us an email at subject line: “Order # ORDER CANCEL REQUEST”. Please note that we pack and ship orders quickly. Orders that have been sent out cannot be cancelled or modified.
